I moved into the Landings of Carrier Parkway in SEP 2005 which makes next month my 16 year anniversary. After having lived in far too many poorly managed complexes, LOCP was a god-send. Sometimes I want to keep all the great aspects about it to myself like my own little prized secret gem - However it takes good people to make a community. The hope is to attract more like-minded people that want quiet, well maintained property, assigned parking, caring, responsive management, prompt repairs and more. I believe I'm now the longest tenant here and can honestly say I've only ever run into 3 incidents with a neighborhood that I had to involve management. Once around 2008, once around 2012, and other time was today. Manager promptly handled the situations fairly and professionally for all involved and never had a problem again. They're very protective of our property and care about the happiness and safety of us, the tenants. They don't tolerate rulebreakers. They're fair and will work with you if you act right and in good faith. Today I was esp. pleased with how our management handled a misunderstanding. She quickly addressed it and made sure concerns were resolved. Again after so many other landlords elsewhere in the past, it's amazing and refreshing to have management that responds appropriately. I've often thought about buying a home, but LOCP works hard to keep rent prices fair, they take care of repairs immediately, and the grounds are maintained on regular schedule. It's hard to walk away from such excellent living. The community does rely on good people doing the right thing which we're fortunate to have here at The Landings. Management also plays a key role in keeping the harmony.

I lived here 2 years ago and found that it was the biggest mistake leaving. The new people working in the office are amazing. Priscilla is nice and answers all my questions and keeps me informed. I hope to call this home

First things 1st the office staff is amazing! Especially Pricilla she was so much help with the process! Patient & kind. The apartment is beautiful. No complaints.

I went to go get information at these apartments. I was attended by Priscilla she was very helpful and really nice, i was also greeted by the manager and assistant manager everyone in the leasing office was so helpful and sweet. Unfortunately they didn’t have any apartments available for my time frame.

Priscilla was incredible from the beginning, through the move-in and to this date address questions or concerns! She was quick to respond by email or by during the initial viewing of the complex, the apartments and throughout the paperwork process. Priscilla displays a genuine concern for the satisfaction of the residents. The maintenance staff has been outstanding in getting a couple of issues taken care of at the time of move-in, from locks on the patio door to the lock on the storage unit. Priscilla, the maintenance staff and the assistant manager Corina have all been courteous and respectful in their interactions, whether it be in person or over the phone. Looking forward to the living experience here!

I moved to Grand Prairie from Dallas and it was the best move I made. It is a great location near everything, plus new shops/stores are being built nearby. The noise level is a drastic change for the better from Dallas. Very peaceful, neighbors and staff are friendly. My only complaint is that some of the dog owners refuse to pick up after their dog and feces end up everywhere. Hopefully, cameras can be installed to catch the owners. All residents should be required to submit a picture of their pet with vaccination records. If that tenant does not pick up after their dog then they should be penalized. Pet waste stations are all along the complex so there is no excuse. My former coworker told me about this place so I came and will recommend it myself.

The staff here is very friendly & really helpful. The environment as far as living here is really peaceful & relaxing. I really enjoy living here & I recommend these apartments to my associates.

Priscilla is one of the best leasing agent i have dealt with , but the place is very nice my boys love the basketball court also maintenance is very good always on time.

This will be my 7th year at The Landings of Carrier Parkway. I’ve seen many changes with the staff, and old neighbors moved on. The new staff with Assistant Manager Delishea Guyton have been amazing, and always helpful too me. Appreciate you guys making my stay here an amazing experience.

Very nice place to live, have not had any problems since I’ve moved in here. The staff has been very helpful with me since the first day I arrived.

This apartment complex has been one of the quietest complexes I have lived in. You hardly hear any loud music or people being loud outside in the late hours. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.

We find great comfort in our living situation with landings apartments. The staff is very friendly and maintenance keeps the residents requests at the utmost professional priority!

Been here for 7+ years and never had an issue with parking or anything else...It’s super quiet and plenty of parking and the best part is NO BREED RESTRICTIONS on dogs.so if you have a dog you will have no issues here

Wonderful staff. Delishea is amazing. She is very attentive and patient. I asked 50 million question and she didn't mind answering them all. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She is also very professional even in difficult situations which is hard to find nowadays.

A few days ago I came looking for a 3 bedroom for my family. I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff who was not pushy or over bearing. One woman helped me out with all the information for the apartment and showing of it. I wish I could remember her name but it slips my memory. Anyway, If this place was closer to my job it would’ve been my #1 selection. Keep up the good work and I will definitely suggest this place to other people looking for an apartment in that area.

I toured the property with Ms. Delishea and I have to say that she was the nicest agent I have met yet. She was very friendly and explained how the property operated. The apartment homes are very nice and seem comfortable.

Coming up on Lucky #7 in years I've lived here. I have seen many staff come and go. All have been accommodating and friendly! Brittany has been extraordinarily special! She's been here as long as I have and its a joy to have a familiar face who is super personable! The new maintenance have been a joy too. Donny & Tyler have been on top of their game! Love the new upgrades! Don't care for the rent increases.

As a new tenant (4 months), I have observed that the staff are friendly, proficient and responsive to maintenance issues. They go over and beyond to ensure the community is clean and safe. My dog and I enjoy the property's walking trail and outside improvements to the buildings. I have friendly neighbors and enjoy the covered parking. This is a great place to live.
